Over New Year's, I had an amazing stay at a hotel that exceeded expectations. the mountains and illuminated statue view were perfect for capturing those special moments. the breakfast and restaurant selection were scrumptious, providing a range of local delicacies that were truly remarkable. Lastly, the friendly staff made the hotel feel like a home-away-from-home - the cherries on top of an already delicious cake!
The hotel could benefit from more translation services for non-Portuguese speaking guests. , it would be great if the hotel could market more to international travelers, as it has so much to offer in a location that’s a perfect blend of city and country.

The hotel offers a nice view of the surrounding mountains and statue at night. the rooms are well-maintained and facilities, such as the restaurant and pool, are impressive. the staff is helpful and accommodating, even with language barriers. the breakfast is a definite highlight.
Some areas of the hotel could do with improvement.

Spent Xmas here and it was lovely! the view of the mountains was breathtaking and the illuminated statue was impressive! Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and regional cuisine. the pool area was delightful, perfect for a refreshing swim. the staff was attentive and their service was great!
A minor issue was the lack of translation services, but the staff made every effort to communicate and assist me with my language barrier. the hotel is not located in the city center, making it a bit difficult to access some tourist attractions.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. They went out of their way to make me feel at home during my stay. The hotel facilities were first-rate, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. The location was also perfect for me, with easy access to transportation and the city’s best attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I was very impressed with this hotel.
